As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to evolve, so is its application in the online world. From virtual customer service reps to automated content curation, AI is increasingly used to create and manage online content. Moreover, AI is beginning to show its potential as a powerful tool for creating original content that can rival human-generated documents. _(That intro was written entirely by AI, whoa!)_
I've kept tabs on how AI creates content and see it in action. For example, product comparison sites curate content based on public reviews and automate the process. I've also seen how AI can publish articles quickly from keywords, news, and trending topics. In addition, computers can train AI to take a few words or sentences and write essays, outlines, product sheets, and more.
I recently got some hands-on time with Google's LaMDA chat AI and was engaged for over 30 minutes in "intellectual" conversations with a computer. Oddly enough, it was more satisfying than many human chats. Art created by AI is fascinating, and AI for digital content creation will grow exponentially. It will be something to keep an eye on in the digital world. As a security professional, I'm mindful and constantly think about how AI is changing our world.
